Computer-based learning is already a familiar concept in the Swiss Army. Nonetheless, consistent and systematic introduction of eLearning will lead to lasting changes in many areas. eLearning represents a supplemental and modern training method that is not dependent on either place or time for both teachers and students (quotation by Christian Hornung from the Swiss Army magazine).
